
Jo Sellick - Managing Director
Jo started his career in recruitment fourteen years ago, and started Sellick Partnership in 2002 - which has since become a highly successful financial and legal recruitment specialist. Jo started his career working in sales in Sheffield after graduating from university - but got his first break in recruitment a year later, working for Badenoch & Clark. After moving up within the business, he moved to work for Hitchenor & Maher Financial, before setting up on his own.
Although Managing Director of Sellick Partnership, Jo’s role remains very hands-on, still maintaining a billing capacity within the company, as well as being responsible for the establishment, strategic development and growth of the firm. Since 2002, the business has grown organically from one office and one brand in Manchester, to five offices and two brands.
Over the years Jo has developed strong relations with St Ann’s Hospice, a charity that aims to improve the quality of life of people living with life-threatening illnesses in Greater Manchester. And his keen pursuit of sport has led to the business being involved with a number of teams from youth to senior levels, enabling local teams to become more established within their regions.

Ray Wareing - Group Director
After graduating from Loughborough University, Ray began his career teaching PE and Geography in the North West. In 1998 he opted for a major career change working as a financial recruitment consultant for a leading recruiter within the Commerce and Industry sector. Jo Sellick was a consultant within the same division.
In 2003, Jo invited Ray to join Sellick Partnership, as a senior consultant for the Finance division, and was quickly made a Team Leader. Ray now heads up the Manchester Finance division and was promoted to become a Group Director in 2008.
Ray plays an integral part in the strategic management of the business, pro-actively addressing areas where the business can grow and develop. He is portfolio head of internal training. This is a major role in ensuring that Sellick Partnership’s employees are trained to a high standard, motivated, professional and experience job satisfaction in their role.
Away from the office, Ray enjoys spending time with his family and takes a keen interest in sporting activities. These include playing veteran’s football, and representing Sellick Partnership’s cricket and five-a-side football teams.

Hannah Cottam - Group Director
Hannah Cottam began her recruitment career in Manchester in 1999, before making the move to Sydney - where she took up a position with a leading recruiter working as a Senior Consultant within their financial division.
Upon return to the UK in 2004, Hannah joined Sellick Partnership as a Senior Consultant at Sellick Partnership’s Manchester office, setting up the Legal arm of the business along with Marianne Sellick. As a valued member of the business, she went on to become Legal Director in March 2006 and more recently Group Director in 2008. She also headed up the opening of Sellick Partnership’s Leeds office in 2009.
Hannah takes a pro-active and strategic approach to the business, supporting its growth and development. As a portfolio head, she is responsible for identifying new products and processes that the business can adopt, ensuring that Sellick Partnership is ahead of the competition and continually exceeding expectations.
Out of the office, Hannah takes a keen interest in outdoor pursuits and keeping active. She regularly participates in triathlons and enjoys climbing, cycling and off-road running as well as visiting unusual holiday destinations with friends and family.

Gill Bellchambers - Group Director
Gill Bellchambers joined Sellick Partnership in 2002, after being headhunted by Jo Sellick.
Gill joined Sellick Partnership initially to set up the North West Public Sector Finance Team, which has since become one of Sellick’s most profitable divisions. Within two years, Gill was promoted to Team Leader, and in 2006 seized the opportunity to set up Sellick Partnership Midlands, based in Stoke-on-Trent.
In 2008 Gill was promoted to become a Group Director, and in 2009 opened her second office in Derby.
As well as being a Group Director, Gill also has a large involvement in the growth of the Sellick brand and the development of the internal recruitment strategy. More specifically, Gill takes a keen interest in CSR on both a commercial and personal level. Over the years she has also organised a number of charity balls, raising a substantial amount of money.
Having recently relocated to a rural part of Staffordshire from Manchester, she enjoys cycling, walking and gardening as well as spending time with friends and family.

Nives Feely - Finance Director
Nives Feely is a qualified accountant with over thirteen years of financial and commercial experience. Nives joined Sellick Partnership in 2012 as Finance Director, after playing a key role in the development and growth of another specialist recruitment business.
With over nine years in the recruitment sector, Nives will play a significant part in creating and realising the future goals of Sellick Partnership. Nives has joined the business at an exciting time, as we experience a period of growth and an upturn in the market. Her proven experience of motivating teams and building strong relationships is essential to the success of our finance department.
Outside the office, Nives enjoys sports and is an avid supporter of Manchester United and Formula 1 racing. Additionally, she enjoys travelling and spending time with her friends and family.

Rob Gee - Non-Executive Director
Rob Gee (BA, Bed, HED, MSc) is a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Sellick Partnership. Rob’s career, after an extensive period of university training in the USA, began in South Africa in the non-profit sector. Rob has also had experience as a senior staff officer in the South African National Defence and as an educator in the secondary education sector. Further to this, he has been a school head teacher and the regional president of a national teachers’ union.
Since coming to the UK in 1999, Rob has worked as a training director for the Angela Mortimer group and then started his own leadership and business consultancy in 2003. A qualified industrial and business psychologist, Rob is a visiting executive fellow of the Henley Business School, and also serves as a visiting faculty member at London Business School, Cass Business School and Southampton University’s School of Management.
Rob counts amongst his clients a wide range of global companies, including ARUP Design Engineering, KAEFER Group, Gas UK and the Royal Bank of Scotland and he also does training and development work for the two major recruitment bodies, REC and APSCo.

Marianne Sellick - Non-Executive Director
Marianne Sellick began her recruitment career in 1996, working for a leading competitor based in the North West. Marianne’s success at the firm resulted in her receiving numerous promotions, from consultant up to director level.
In 2002, Marianne joined Sellick Partnership. Shortly afterwards, she headed up Sellick Partnership’s legal division in Manchester, alongside Hannah Cottam. As a valued member of the business, Marianne was made a director in 2004, and more recently in 2008 was made a non-executive director.
As well as being largely accountable for the success of the legal division, Marianne’s role also entails advising on the strategic growth of Sellick Partnership and the ways in which it can continue to grow and develop.
Outside of Sellick Partnership, Marianne takes a keen interest in fitness training through running and participating in marathons whilst fundraising for charities, and spending time with her family and three children.
