Our offices have experienced significant growth in the past year, and therefore require a full time resourcing consultant to support this success in our Manchester office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a conscientious and motivated individual to join a dynamic and flourishing sales team, within a fast paced working environment.

The Job

You will play an integral role in the continued development of this office, working closely with all team members. On a daily basis you will be responsible for:

• Building professional relationships with both candidates and clients
• Updating and maintaining the candidate and client databases
• Co-ordinating and managing the advertising with accuracy and timeliness
• Interviewing potential candidates both over the telephone and in person
• Fully referencing all candidates
• Identifying potential candidate leads
• Preparing accurate and complete CVs to send to clients
• Preparing candidates for interview
• Taking responsibility of the time sheet process and communicating with the Central Finance function
• Event co-ordination
• General administrative support for the team

You will be joining an established and respected recruitment team, who have excellent market knowledge and will provide you with the required training to enable you to have an immediate impact on the business. There will be scope for promotion into recruitment consultant for the right individual.

What we are looking for

You should be an intelligent, pro-active and hardworking graduate – who has a ‘can do’ attitude. You will also thrive in a competitive, target driven and commercial environment. Previous recruitment or sales experience is desirable, however not essential to be considered for the role.
