As an organisation, we place enormous emphasis on working as a team and treat all of our staff with the same respect. The business prides itself on its open internal culture.

Jo Sellick's personality plays a major role in influencing the culture of the organisation. He is extremely passionate about his role, while making sure that Sellick Partnership remains a fun place to work, which has a positive impact on everyone within the business. The company hosts regular social events both at a local and group level, to maintain the 'one team' mentality that Jo has strived to keep as the business has grown.

Our flat management structure facilitates and promotes very open communication, with regular contact with the Board of Directors, providing everyone with the opportunity to engage, present their views and contribute to the growth and development of the business. As an organisation we are very open to new ideas and the introduction of new initiatives.
