Our training and development programme has been designed to ensure career progression for every member of staff, which is rolled out throughout the year to ensure employees are constantly learning new skills to assist and develop them in their roles.
Each new starter to the business has a bespoke training programme designed and tailored to meet their needs and objectives - everyone across the business has access to the same opportunities, whether you are a recruitment consultant, a receptionist or an accounts assistant.
We provide a mixture of in-house and external courses - which work in conjunction with each other, and support our training objectives. Each employee works with their manager to set annual training objectives which are reviewed and monitored within monthly reviews, and six-monthly appraisals.
As a business we have grown organically, and recognise the importance of developing our staff - providing them with the skills to move up within the business and achieve their personal and business goals.
