What are we looking for?

A positive attitude is the key. We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, pro-active and able to use their initiative within a professional environment.

We don't always look for experience, because we offer a full, comprehensive training programme. Instead we look for individuals with the following attributes:

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent)
  • Some experience of working within a sales environment
  • Confident with the ability to act decisively
  • Strong communications skills
  • Articulate, intelligent and capable of influencing key decision makers
  • Passionate about business
  • A desire to succeed in a busy and competitive sales environment

Recruitment is a fast-paced and competitive industry, the job can be hard but we offer the support and training to those individuals that are up for the challenge and are determined to succeed and be the best.
