Good customer service...part 2.

Well it just goes to show you. If you're unhappy with the tuna you've recently purchased from your local supplier - don't fret. And don't just throw it in the bin and do nothing about it.

No it makes much more sense to take the time to write a letter of complaint, and I did just that recently when my lunchtime tuna supply failed to meet my expectations.

A prompt reply was soon forthcoming from Princes Foods and I'm delighted to say that they were extremely helpful, understanding and apologetic. Oh, and they sent me a £5 voucher towards my next tuna purchase too.

So there you have it. The next time you feel the need to make a complaint just do it. It's something us Brits don't do enough of. We simply accept situations that disappoint us and have a little moan to ourselves. But take the time to do something about it and you might just be pleasantly surprised at the outcome.

I had hair in my pizza once at bella italia, so they replaced it and my meal was free! I also complained to claire's accessories and they sent me a £15 voucher. :)

Agreed! I complained about finding some hair in my Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough icecream once (traumatised) and I got a prompt letter and vouchers for 2 more tubs!
