Now is the time...

Now is the time to dust off your CV and get it updated and up to scratch if you are looking for a new job starting in 2012! Unbelievably, 2012 is only 66 days away - that's just under 10 weeks away… therefore, if you are thinking about  making your next career move in the new year, either in a temporary or permanent position, it's best you start looking at your CV now and applying for positions.

To start work in the new year on 3rd January 2012, you will have worked December as your notice period (that is if you are currently in a permanent position). To get a job offer in November, you need to start being interviewed in October and November. Attending interviews this month and the next means sending off your CV and applying now, or registering your CV with Sellick Partnership. Think - is your CV up to date with your most current position, latest achievements and current dates, correct address, contact details and numbers?
