Our Consultants will tailor their recruitment approach to meet the unique needs of each vacancy and client, utilising their knowledge of the geographical region and disciplines to engage the right attraction tools and resources.

Selecting the right candidates

Fully auditable compliance processes and comprehensive interviews with specialist Consultants ensures a tailored shortlist of fully-vetted candidates. 

We will analyse CVs, focusing on essential skills, experience, and qualifications for each vacancy, producing an initial long list. The long list is then refined using structured telephone interviews and video/face to face meetings.

Managing feedback and interviews

We will help to arrange interviews and provide clear and detailed information regarding the interview process. 

We also offer coaching and advice to candidates and Hiring Managers on interviews, including how to approach and prepare for competency-based questions, dealing with a panel interview, and interview confidence tips.

We will make offers on your behalf and provide unsuccessful candidates with clear feedback to help them with their career moving forward. Our Consultants are experienced in managing negotiations and counter offers. 

Once an offer has been accepted, we will work with you to get the offer letter sent out, communicate start dates and complete referencing.
