Environmental Policy

Environmental damage is one of the most pressing issues facing our society today. Sellick Partnership recognises the need to minimise our impact as much as possible and we have implemented various initiatives to achieve this aim.

To reduce waste to a minimum, we recycle all papers, glass, plastic, aluminium cans, print cartridges and computers. We are working towards a paperless environment with the use of online and electronic formats for marketing and communications to clients and candidates. To reduce the number of company vehicles, offices have pool cars for consultants to visit clients.
As well as encouraging strong team development, the open-plan layout of our offices reduces both the space and energy required to run our business on a daily basis.

We are keen to improve its operational efficiency and enhance customer service while introducing processes that are environmentally friendly.
