As a business we promote a strategy of organic growth, and we therefore invest a significant amount of resources into our People Development strategy. Since 2002 we have opened five offices nationwide, each of which have been headed up by individuals who have progressed within the business, from trainees and consultants to management and director level.
How much money will I earn (OTE)?
For consultants, your total earnings (inclusive of commission) will be based on individual experience within your specialist market, and salaries in Central Services are dependent on your qualifications and experience. If you would like to discuss this further please contact Debbie Kaba on 0161 834 1642.
