My client is looking for an outstanding Credit Controller to join their team in Newcastle City Centre initially on a years fixed term basis.
Duties Include: Rent collection Monthly reporting and management of levels of arrears Telephone/ Email contacts to progress rent payments and letter follow ups Maintenance of tenants ledger Instructing and following-up legal proceedings Any other duties that maybe requested by Manager to ensure efficient running of the Department
Candidates will have at least one years credit control experience, ideally within the property sector.
You must be proactive, able to manage your own work load and have excellent organisational and administration skills.
