Commercial law firm based in the North-West are expanding their impressive property offering with the appointment of a Legal Executive or Solicitor experienced in Commercial Property.

As Commercial Property Lawyer you will be expected to advise on all aspects of property matters including work related to leasehold management, disposals, acquisitions, investments and SIPPS work. There may be a small residential aspect to the role, so experience in this would be useful.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives (FILEX) or Solicitor, with considerable commercial property experience. Experience of handling leasehold work between £20,000 - £30,000 and acquisition/disposal work between £200,000 and £300,000, is essential, as is the ability to complete the post completion work.
