A reputable firm in Cheshire is looking to recruit a Head of Department to join their Personal Injury team on a long-term contract.

Our client is looking for a Solicitor with a minimum of 10 PQE with extensive experience in high profile Personal Injury cases. The successful candidate will be expected to continue around 70% fee earning responsibilities and therefore must be fully conversant in claimant personal injury. The caseload comprises of catastrophic injury matters including brain and head injuries, spinal injury or serious multiple injuries. Previous experience of military inquests and Ministry of Defence matters would be highly advantageous although not essential. A prerequisite of this role will be that the candidate has previous managerial experience, as the remaining 30% will be dedicated to such matters. This firm are looking for an applicant with experience, commitment and dedication with the ability to direct the department with efficiency and precision .
