Respected firm in Manchester are looking for a Residential Conveyancer locum to join their team.

You will be an experienced solicitor or conveyancer with the ability to 'hit the ground running' from day one. You be expected to cover an existing caseload of sales, purchases, mortgages, transfers of equity and some leases. This position will include an extensive amount of client contact and therefore the ideal candidate must excel in this environment. It is essential that the successful candidate is local to the Manchester region.
