Sellick Partnership prepares for the MPCL final 2009
2009-06-30 12:06
Over the last six weeks twenty-four professional businesses from across Manchester have participated in the League, with fixtures taking place at cricket clubs across the City. All of the proceeds from the League and related events are going to St. Ann’s Hospice and the Lord’s Taverners – both key charities in the area.
The League has provided all participants with fantastic networking opportunities as well as some great cricket. Jo Sellick, MD has commented: “As we enter into the last week of the League, I have been delighted with the success so far. The feedback I have personally received from individuals has been extremely encouraging, with teams adopting a real sense of sportsmanship and approaching the games in high spirits. Thank you to all the teams that have participated.”
The 2009 League will be brought to an end on the 15th October, when Sellick Partnership will be hosting an End of Season Awards Dinner at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel, with guest speaker Jonathan Agnew.
