Dynamic and forward thinking law firm based in Preston are expanding their team with the appointment of a number of fee-earning paralegals.

As a Fee Earner in this team you will be expected to handle as caseload of around 150 claimant files, which will include some fast and multi-track work. The main focus of the department is related to RTA, but candidates experienced in EL, PL, OL, Slips and Trips will also be considered.

You must have a minimum of 6 months experience in claimant RTA portal work using the Proclaim system in order to be considered. The salary on offer is dependant on experience, but they also offer a generous bonus scheme and other benefits.
