An excellent opportunity has risen for a Planning Locum to join a reputable Local Authority in the Yorkshire region.

The client is looking for an experienced Planning Solicitor with extensive knowledge in property matters and specifically s.106 agreements. It is essential that the successful candidate comes from a general Local Government background and would be able to 'hit the ground running' within a busy and dynamic team. It is desirable that ideal candidate has experience of policy and development management although not essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large but friendly Legal Services Team with the ability to gain further valuable experience.
