Job Description

Leading commercial law firm in Manchester City Centre are looking to add to their expertise in Private Client with a senior appointment.

Working very closely with their Partner and Head of Department, as Private Client Solicitor you will be expected to deal with all aspects of tax and trusts law and on a daily basis handle high value estate planning work. You will also be expected to advise on commercial tax issues, share options and on and offshore trust work.

As an experienced, and confident practitioner you will have a significant period of PQE advising High-Net-Worth clients and will be a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), or Solicitors for the Elderly. As a minimum you will be highly confident in networking and business development and ideally will have a following of clients in the region.
