Financial and legal recruitment specialist, Sellick Partnership, has completed its purchase of 24 Queens Court, Manchester to become its new head office base in the North West. The 10,000 square foot property, which sits over five floors in the centre of the city presents the opportunity for further organic growth in the coming months.
Commenting on the acquisition, managing director, Jo Sellick, said: “The decision to buy property in the city centre was always part of our long-term strategy but it was a matter of finding the right premises in which to grow our business.
“We are continuing to grow Sellick Partnership in all of our existing offices and with the addition of our new Preston operation, and we expect to add another two offices to the business in the next 12 months to enable us to reach our objective of £20 million turnover by 2008.”
David Owen and Marc Shirman from RBS Commercial Banking provided the funding solution to Sellick Partnership, with legal advice provided by Colette Johnson at Turner Parksinson LLP.
David Owen, Relationship Manager at RBS, said: "Sellick Partnership is a business that has achieved a great deal of success since its launch six years ago, and the move to buy their own premises demonstrates how strongly the company has performed. Jo and the rest of the management team have ambitious growth plans and we look forward to supporting this creative and successful business in the future."
