Sellick Partnership launches new Private Practice Division in Leeds

Sellick Partnership are delighted to announce the launch of a Private Practice Division in their Leeds office, following the increased demand for legal professionals within the private sector across the region.Led by Amy Bullock, Legal Manager, the expansion of the office into the Private Practice arena is the natural next step for the business, as positive recruitment trends start to emerge within the legal market. The new division will supply qualified solicitors and barristers to private organisations across Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and the North East on a locum and permanent basis across a broad range of specialisms.
Since opening the Leeds office in February 2009 as a public sector legal specialist, the team have grown from strength to strength, building a strong presence across the region and securing a number of preferred supplier agreements with key employers. Commenting on the expansion, Amy Bullock comments, “ The last nine months have been extremely exciting for the Leeds office, and I am thrilled to announce the launch of our new division.
“Though there has been recruitment freezes within the private sectors across the region, we have experienced a significant increase in demand for legal specialists on a locum, temporary and interim basis over the last couple of months. These changing trends emphasise the need for a specialist team to meet these demands within Leeds and the surrounding area.”
