I joined Sellick Partnership in 2016 and I focus on placing housing and property services personnel within local housing associations and authorities throughout Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Oxfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Gloucestershire.
I was attracted to Sellick Partnership because of the company’s already established reputation and expertise within legal and finance recruitment. Being able to help develop a new division within housing and property services recruitment was an opportunity I couldn’t afford to miss. Although challenging, I know the hard work, investment and dedication I put into it will be incredibly rewarding, both for me on a personal level, but also on a professional one for the company.
Having graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc Psychology, I’ve become more conscious of an individual’s motivations and behaviours. I’m able to understand others relatively quickly, identifying their strengths as well as shortcomings, a crucial aspect within recruitment.
My core strengths are that I am extremely self-motivated with excellent communication skills, allowing me to listen and meet the demands of both clients and candidates – attributes which are key for my role.
In my spare time I enjoy baking cakes and running (in an attempt to balance out my love of cake!)
