Group Compliance Coordinator
24 Queen Street,
Having gained valuable experience at several blue-chip organisations within recruitment and HR, I decided to join Sellick Partnership in 2012 in the Legal division as I was impressed by the company’s reputation in the market and their commitment in ensuring they deliver the best service possible to all of their stakeholders – an ethos that also aligns with my personal mission.
I initially joined the Legal division as a Candidate Coordinator. My role largely focused on compliance, payroll and administration. In May 2016, I started my new role as Group Compliance Coordinator, supporting the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) framework for the supply of interim and contract staff into the Public Sector. My focus here is to manage the quality assurance and compliance policy for any public sector and not for profit clients who use the CCS framework to employ staff via Sellick Partnership. This includes audit regulatory compliance using our internally developed and licensed auditing protocols, developing custom inspection checklists to meet the CCS Framework requirements, tracking compliance and operational tasks with automatic reminders and custom escalations.
I would consider myself as a highly customer focused and extremely organised individual who is dedicated to providing administrative support to the business as well as to my candidates and clients alike. I am focused on delivering the best possible results for the organisation, and show determination, resourcefulness and a sense of purpose in achieving this. I always give 100 per cent to my role, and work in a very methodical and focused approach to deliver a high standard across the board.
When I’m not in the office I enjoy reading, socialising and spending time with family.
