For those without recruitment experience, the role of resourcing consultant will allow you to gain exposure to the world of recruitment and lay solid foundations for a successful career as a recruitment consultant.

Our resourcing roles support our consultants in areas such as interviewing candidates, administration and searching for candidates and business leads.

Consultants

We have a choice of career progression options for our successful and experienced consultants – either to focus on business development, or to take the managerial route and potentially lead a team. Whichever choice you make within Sellick Partnership you will enjoy wholehearted support from all of us.


Management

If your interest lies with people management we will support you to eventually lead your own team. You’ll be helping your team to grow within Sellick Partnership and deliver results for clients and candidates. As well as training the team internally, you will help us recruit the next generation of recruitment excellence. This path can also lead you from team leader all the way to associate director.
