About Jack Williams

Jack joined Sellick Partnership's Actuarial team back in October 2021 as a Resourcing Consultant. Eight months later, he was promoted to Recruitment Consultant, a role he has been in for a year now. Jack is a specialist Actuarial and Pricing Consultant, focusing on sourching high-quality candidates for the UK's leading insurers. We caught up with him about his experience at Sellick Partnership.

What was it about Sellick Partnership that convinced you to take a role here? What attracted you to Sellick Partnership?

The team, the people and the work-life balance on offer. I met my Manager Austin Brislen and the other people in the team and was sold by the culture and the friendliness of everyone.

What are the best things about your role?

Probably the feeling of placing a great candidate in a role they are really happy with.

What is the most challenging part of working in recruitment?

Management of a number of recruitment processes at the same time – you could potentially have over five candidates interviewing at the same time for different roles.

Outside of your job, what else do you enjoy about Sellick Partnership?

Sellick Partnership have a great social space outside of work, including team nights out and various events through the year including an annual teambuilding trip.
