Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Accounts Payable professional to undertake work for our client on a temporary basis. The successful Accounts Payable Clerk should be able to start immediately and be able to commit to at least 4 months.
- Prioritising the speedy and accurate input of invoices onto the computerised creditors system to ensure payment terms are met in line with the best payment practice and all periodic timescales are met.
- Liaise with cashier and payroll function to enable completion of foreign payment requests and dealing with other specialised fees payable, e.g. court orders doctors fees, etc.
- Timely completion of Petty-Cash reimbursements to holders business-wide, ensuring that all financial code analysis is correct and complete
- Providing basic clerical support to the section including filing, taking telephone calls, photocopying, faxing, etc.
