An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading organisation in Cheltenham. They are looking for a dedicated and outgoing Activities Co-ordinator to join their Community Involvement team on a temporary basis

Responsibilities of the Activities Co-ordinator include:

  • Lead the delivery of enhanced services to vulnerable people through a network of community based hubs across Chameleon
  • Ensure activities are tailored to meet the wishes and needs of vulnerable and older people
  • Actively work in partnership with other partners and service providers to reduce social isolation and loneliness
  • Engage, develop and deliver services and activities
  • Monitor and maintain community hub budgets
  • Refer individuals to hosing support t services to support independent living
  • Research, identity and produce successful bids for appropriate grants and other funding streams


The successful candidate will have a UK driver's license and access to a car
