Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support a busy procurement and finance team for an ICT shared service provider on a short term interim basis.

This role would suit a reliable, organised admin person to assist with the ordering of hardware and licences.

A guide to the range of duties involved with this position:

  • Receiving calls for requests from internal customers
  • Raising Purchase orders and entering the details on a spreadsheet
  • Goods receipting deliveries, asset tagging and entering on to the inventory
  • Dispatching of laptop/hardware orders & weekly delivering of orders to satellite sights

Essential skills required:

  • Basic knowledge of purchasing systems & Excel
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

 

A valid driving licence will be required for delivering to satellite sights.

Experience of Technology One system would be advantageous.
