Sellick Partnership are actively recruiting for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to provide and coordinate administrative and secretarial services

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for the following day to day duties:

  • Preparation of agendas and minutes
  • Taking appropriate follow-up actions as required
  • Supporting the team with the management of projects
  • Gathering information and undertaking enquiries as and when for the Head of Department, Teams and the Department
  • Taking telephone calls for the department
  • Sorting and prioritising incoming email and email, distributing as appropriate
  • Managing the electronic diary for the department, including arranging and changing appointments
  • Undertaking administrative duties such as photocopying, faxing and mail-out distributions
  • Produce and assist in the production of regular reports and information for the Senior Management Team
  • Supporting teams in project management and participating in department events
  • Working with all team members in the collection of information for performance reporting on relevant team projects
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing notes of all meetings including typing up of group discussions and interviews as necessary

Required skills and experience of the Administrator

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Significant administrative and secretarial duties
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive and confidential information
  • Knowledge oand experience of commissioning and contracting and knowledge of NHs issues
  • Clear communication with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills
  • Abnility to work under pressure in a busy working environment
  • Highly organised and efficient to contribute to multiple projects at any one time
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity and passion for consistent service delivery and accuracy
