Chester (hybrid-working)

Administrator required to join a dynamic and growing NHS organisation. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is an experienced Administrator to join their organisation on a full-time, temporary basis.

As the Administrator you will work on a small team with other Administrators supporting the Endoscopy booking procedures alongside other duties below:

Key responsibilities of the Administrator

  • Access patient information and amend when necessary
  • Communicate with patients via telephone
  • Provide information to patients in preparation for procedures
  • Book and amend patient appointments
  • Request COovid-19 swabs
  • General Administrative tasks
  • Ad-hoc queries

Required skills and experience of the Administrator

  • Recent Administration experience
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well within a team and individually
