Administrator required to join a dynamic and growing NHS organisation. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual who is an experienced Administrator to join their organisation on a full-time, temporary basis with the option to work remotely.
As the Administrator you will work on a small team with other Administrators providing administrative support to Executives and the Safeguarding Team alongside other duties below:
Key responsibilities of the Administrator
- Support Executives and Safeguarding team
- Attend regular meetings with your team
- Minute taking
- Arranging meetings and inputting into diaries
- General Administrative tasks
- Arranging training courses for staff
- Ad-hoc daily tasks
Required skills and experience of the Administrator
- Recent Administration experience
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work well within a team and individually
