Our reputable client is looking for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their team on a temporary basis. You will co-ordinate the execution of a customer focussed end to end process providing operational support to a team of Trade Engineers, Supervisors and Managers.
Key Responsibilities of the Administrator;
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external customer enquiries
Co-ordinating the timely and effective completion of works ensuring that programmes of work achieve the primary KPI targets
Provide operational support to supervisors, especially in relation to month end financial processes and reporting adherence to policy, procedures, legislation and regulations
Seeking and responding to customer feedback in order to improve the service, dealing effectively with any customer complaint or dissatisfaction
Ensuring customers are kept informed of progress with programmed works and related enquiries
Providing contract or procurement related administration associated with any outsourced activity
Essential criteria of the Administrator;
Previous experience in a similar role is essential
GCSE grade C or equivalent in a minimum of four subjects
Experience using IT and Administration systems and equipment
