I am currently working with an organisation based in Chesterfield who is looking for 3 Administrators to join their team on a temporary basis with the view to this leading to permanent employment

Responsibilities of the Administrators include:

  • Providing high level administrative supporting internal and external contacts
  • Acting as the first point of contact to internal departments and customers dealing with property services queries
  • Escalating queries to the relevant department where necessary
  • Updating information on the in-house database
  • Liaising with engineers, customers and managers at all levels

Required skills and experience of the Senior Administrator:

  • Experience within high level administration is essential
  • Good organisational skills and ability to handle own workload
