Our client, a Local Authority based in the East Midlands, is currently seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their friendly team.

The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a varied caseload, including, but not exclusive to:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Ordinary Residence
  • Mental Health

Our client is ideally looking for candidates who can commit to full-time hours, although candidates who are seeking part-time work will also be considered. This position will begin as a 3 month placement and is to start immediately.

In return, this role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to join a well-respected legal team, as well as offering some flexibility with home working.
