An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a Local Authority in West Yorkshire.

Our client is seeking an Adult Care Lawyer to join their team immediately, for a minimum period of 2-3 months, whilst they recruit to a permanent vacancy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting advocacy as required and dealing with a mixed caseload of adult care matters including Court of Protection, Mental Capacity and Mental Health Act matters.

Full-time hours would be preferred, however a more flexible working pattern may be considered. Candidates with experience gained in adult social care law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for shortlisting. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Laura Smith in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
