A friendly London Borough Council are seeking a hard-working, enthusiastic Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care team from mid/end of June.

This is a locum assignment that will begin on a 3-month contract and will be conducted fully remotely.

The successful Lawyer will handle the following:

  • Judicial reviews (JR)
  • No recourse to public funds (NRPF)
  • Disputed age assessments
  • Unaccompanied minors
  • S17/20 Children Act disputed cases
  • Adult social care matters

My client is happy to consider applicants from both public and private sectors, as long as you can demonstrate the relevant experience.
