A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join a reputable Local Authority in Hertfordshire on a locum basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Adult Care Lawyer to join an establised and friendly team. Day to day responsibilities may include dealing with;

  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Mental health
  • Court of Protection
  • Threats to judicial review
  • No recourse to public funds
  • Community care
  • Disputes (Ordinary Residence)

Although previous experience gained within Local Governement is preferred, it is not essential and those seeking part-time or full-time working hours will be considered.
