Our Client is on the search for an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a great local authority, this is a fantastic opportunity for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to pick up a busy workload of complex cases. The role is based within the East Midlands and is for an initial 3 month period with the expectation to be ongoing.

The successful adult social care lawyer will be joining a supportive legal team, dealing with a wide range of public sector Adults matters including;

  • Community Care
  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • NRPF
  • Judicial Reviews
  • Ordinary residence matters
  • Adult mental health work


Full-time hours would be preferred, however a more flexible working pattern may be considered. Candidates with experience gained in adult social care law from either the public or private sectors will be considered.
