Furthermore, they are offering training and are willing to take on someone without previous experience of working in an Adult Social Care Lawyer role. Our client is seeking a Lawyer to join their Adult Social Care team on a locum contract for a minimum of 6 months. You can undertake this role on a hybrid or remote working basis, depending on your location. Both full time and part time applicants are encouraged to apply.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will handle a caseload of the following:
- Application to Court of Protection
- Section 21A
- Deprivation of Liberty (DOLS)
- Judicial Review
- Age Assessments
- Education Law (optional)
The Principal Lawyer is willing to train someone up into this role, however you must have experience of judicial review, as well as either mental health law or family/childcare law.
