Locum contract with a London Borough Council for a Lawyer with experience in Adult Social Care Law.

This is a great opportunity for an Adults Lawyer to join a popular and dynamic London Council, working remotely on a locum 3-month contract.

Applicants from private practice backgrounds with extensive experience in Adult Social Care law are strongly encouraged to apply. This is an excellent chance for someone with this background to get into local government.

The Adults Lawyer will join a friendly Social Care Team and will handle:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
  • Ordinary residence
  • Mental health
  • Drafting related applications and documents
  • Conducting advocacy as and when required
