Adult Social Care Lawyer

Fixed Term Contract - 12 months

£37,000 - 43,500

August/ September start

Adult Social Care Lawyer is required to join a large organisation on a fixed term contract basis to cover a period of maternity leave for 12 months and has the view to further extend thereafter due to expansion on the team.

Our client is happy to consider candidates on either a part time or full time basis with a minimum of 3 days per week to meet client demands.

This organisation currently has three offices and you have the option to be based out of either of the offices two days a week once the covid restrictions are lifted and you can work remotely now. The offices are currently based in Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire so it gives flexibility for those who may be travelling further afield.

The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be a qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive and our client is happy to consider candidates at all levels from newly qualified upwards.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with experience in one or more in the following areas;

- Mental Health

- Court of Protection

- Mental Capacity

- Inquest related work

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to gain invaluable experience within an organisation that has a great variety of work from local authorities and NHS trusts. You will have support from an excellent Principal Lawyer and a supportive team. Having personally built the team up permanently, they are a fantastic team to join!
