Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a fantastic and well respected local authority in the North West, initially for a 3 month period.

The Adult Social Care Solicitor will need to be able to 'hit the ground running' and manage a caseload of matters consisting of:

  • Court of Protection
  • Ordinary Residence/Community Heath
  • Providing advice in relation to Mental Health Act and Care Act
  • Providing advice in relation to Deprivation of Liberty and Safeguards
  • Advocacy, advice and legal drafting as required

The ideal candidate for the Adult Social Care Solicitor role will be available on short notice, either on a full time or part time basis. For the right candidate a flexible working pattern would be considered.
