The successful Adult Care Lawyer will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not exclusive to:

  • Court of Protection
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • Providing general legal advice
  • Please note: this role does not include any court work

The adult care role will initially begin on a 3 month contract, although there is potential for the role to become more long-term.

The ideal candidate will be available as soon as possible and will have previous local government experience. However, our client will consider candidates from a private-practice background who are eager to get into the public sector.

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Natalie Atherall in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
