We are currently recruiting for an Adults and Education Lawyer to join a local authority based in London on an initial contract basis.
About the role
The successful candidate will be managing a busy caseload and conducting advocacy within different areas of law, therefore our client is looking for a strong multi-tasker, who is able to hit the ground running. Cases may consist of the following Adult and Education matters:
- Ordinary residence
- Court of protection
- Mental capacity
- Mental health
- Special educational needs
- Queries from school clients
- Judicial reviews
Due to the nature of the work, the successful candidate will need to specialise in Adult Social Care law, with expertise in Education law alongside this being highly desirable.

- 1 day working from home

- 35 hours a week
