A well regarded and highly sought after Local Authority based in South London, is currently seeking an Adults Lawyer to join their team on a locum basis.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who has sound knowledge in adults and community law.

The role will involve dealing with a range of Adult Social Care matters including community care, mental health and judicial review. Our client is looking for an Adults Lawyer who has experience of the following matters:

  • No recourse to public funds
  • Ordinary residence
  • Deprivation of liberties
  • Court of protection

This is the perfect opportunity for a career minded individual to join a highly successful and well respected organisation. The successful Adults lawyer will benefit from up to 2 days working from home and a competitive hourly rate.

Our client is ideally seeking those with local authority experience, however they are happy to hear from those who are AUS/NZ qualified, providing they have the necessary public adult social care experience.
