Adult Social Services Lawyer required to join a local authority based in London for an initial 3 month period.

As an Adults Lawyer, you will handle a busy caseload of adult social services matters. Day to day work may include;

  • Court of Protection
  • Ordinary residence
  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Advice work

Experience of working for a local authority would be advantageous but not essential, although candidates must have experience of managing a caseload comprising of some of the above matters.

This local authority has transport links nearby, making it easily commutable from throughout London and the South East. This is a great opportunity for lawyers who have a real passion for public law and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
