Are you an experienced Adult Social Care Paralegal?

Sellick Partnership currently have a great opportunity with a Local Authority for a paralegal with experience in Adults Social Care law. This role can be worked enitrely remotely and will be for a period of at least 6 months.

The Adult Social Care Paralegal will:

  • Run a caseload of Court of Protection matters
  • Deal with public matters in proceedings
  • Draft relevant applications and paperwork
  • Provide support and assistance to the Adults Social Care Lawyers

Local authority experience is of course beneficial, but not essential. What we're looking for is someone with significant experience of adults social care law, who is able to work autonomously and has a good foundation of knowledge.

This role is remote-working, so is suitable for candidates from all areas of the UK. The Adult Social Care Paralegal will be joining a friendly and well organised team. They will also enjoy the benefits of flexible working patterns.
