Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor - Temporary to Permanent Opportunity
This local authority based near Surrey are looking for experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a busy and supportive local authority near the Surrey area. The role offers a very varied caseload, responsibilities will include:
- Court of Protection
- Community Care- Ordinary Residence
- Mental Health
- Advising clients (and team members where necessary) on all aspects on Adult Social Care
The contract is for an initial 3 months but due to the spike in work this is anticipated to be extended. Candidates with 1-2 years Post Qualified Experience may be considered for this role, so this could a really good training opportunity to work alongside very experienced Adult Social Care solicitors. Previous local authority experience is desirable but not essential.
