An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large and well respected local authority in South Wales. This is a locum position and will be for an initial period of 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension beyond this.

The successful Adult Social Care Solicitor will be required to take on a varied caseload including, but not limited to:

  • Court of protection applications
  • Deprivation of liberty
  • Providing general legal advice in relation to adult social care and mental health

This is an exciting opportunity to work for an organisation that is very accommodating of their employees, potentially allowing part time or condensed hours and some working from home. They are also able to offer an attractive hourly rate up to £45.00 per hour, through an umbrella company (DOE).

We encourage interested applicants to apply immediately to be considered for short listing. Alternatively should you require further information or wish to discuss your suitability before applying please contact Natalie Atherall in our Manchester office for a confidential discussion.
