ASB Officer
Contracted - on going

Our client based in the South Derbyshire are looking for an ASB Officer to work for them on a contracted basis. You will act as an expert on anti-social behaviour, providing a high-quality service and point of contact for customers. The position will involve providing a proactive antisocial behaviour service which includes investigative, enforcement and preventative activities.

Responsibilities of an ASB Officer:

  • Provide specialist advice, guidance and support in respect of ASB and in more complex case work
  • Develop appropriate responses and solutions to ASB in conjunction with internal and external partners and co-ordinate their implementation
  • Ensure a speedy and focussed response to anti-social behaviour and other breaches of tenancy conditions
  • Take realistic, fast and efficient action, supported by an effective action plan
  • Take ownership and responsibility for any service-related complaints/queries from customers ensuring that the customer experience is positive, professional and always within set timescales

Essential criteria of the ASB Officer:

  • You will have a sound knowledge of legislation and housing management practice relating to the management of ASB
  • A thorough understanding of the legislation available for tackling ASB and knowledge of the legal remedies available for breach of tenancy conditions
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car
