Salary: £33, 246 - £34,996

37.5 hours pw

We are working on behalf of a Public Sector organisation in Liverpool who are looking for an Asset Manager to join their team on a permanent basis

Responsibilities of the Asset Manager include:

  • Holding responsibility for the technical and diagnostic service within the organisation, and leading a team responsible for managing and maintaining their property assets
  • Delivering a consistent approach to contract management and proactively identifying new opportunities for efficiencies in service delivery and improved Value for Money, whilst maintaining a high-quality service
  • Ensuring all asset contracts are delivered efficiently and effectively against agreed performance targets
  • Reporting on key performance indicators in line with their performance reporting timescales
  • Holding responsibility for ensuring all personal injury claims / disrepair claims are effectively managed along with implementing measures to prevent future claims from arising
  • Managing and monitoring expenditure for your service area on a monthly basis

The successful Asset Manager will ideally have:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Educated to HND level or above in a building or services related discipline or equivalent qualification or comparable through experience or qualification in role related subject
